Andriy Zhylinskyy
Chairman of the Management Board

Andriy Zhylinsky began his banking career in Kyiv in 1997 and in 2003 was appointed on the position of Advisor to the Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine. He had a three-year tenure as an Advisor at National Bank of Ukraine, where he had responsibility for capital market development. In 2005, Mr. Zhylinsky was elected as an Executive Director of Association “Ukrainian Union of Lessors” that was established by the key lessors in Kyiv, Ukraine. In one year “Ukrainian Union of Lessors” was accepted at Leaseurope – federation of European association of leasing companies that represent 33 countries in Europe and cover more than 92% of all European leasing transactions. Mr. Zhylinsky holds Ph.D. in banking and finance from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University and MBA in finance from the International Management Institute. Andriy stays as a member of the board of directors of the Association “Ukrainian Union of Lessors”

Sergiy Dmytruk
Commercial Director

Mr Dmytruk started his carrier in leasing business in Swedish company „Scania Credit AB” as a Senior Representative in Ukraine. He built and managed the leasing portfolio in amount of 50 mln. euro and had 6 years working experience with Scania Credit, including half year as an Area Manager of Scania Credit at Baltic countries. Working at the position of National Sales Manager at ALD Automotive in Ukraine  for year 2005 and half year 2006, he has doubled lease sales volume from 600 units to 1200 units per year. During his being in ALD Automotive portfolio has increased from USD 45 mln. to USD 90 mln. Mr. Dmytruk had intensive post graduate training in finance at Pordue University in Indiana State and is currently taking CIMA (The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants - is a leading membership body that offers an internationally recognized professional qualification in management accountancy, which focuses on accounting for business.)

Tatyana Bazilevich
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Bazylevych has a superb experience in structured finance and general lending. Her work experience in corporate finance, management and lending is more than 10 years, including 3 years as a CFO at Silicio Solar SA, Madrid, Spain. Working at ING bank Ms Bazylevych was responsible for Oil& Gas sector; transport & logistic, distribution  and ING global clients. She managed corporate loan portfolio up to USD 100 million. Ms. Bazylevych holds MBA from Graceland University, IA, USA

Alla Tatarchenko
Chief Accountant

Mrs Tatarchenko has economic university degree, has more then 10 years work experience in foreign companies that specialize in manufacturing, trade and service. She used to work in Daughter Company of Scania, one of the biggest truck manufactures in Europe. From 2004 she was working as a Ñhief Àccountant in Scania Credit Ukraine that has been the first Lease Company that proposed the captive financial lease.
