Extensive Support and Training

At every step in your career we offer the training and support you need to get your work done effectively.  Our programs are highly practical and are conducted by our company’s leaders to ensure that you have a "real world" education as well as a theoretical understanding of the business.

Initially, all joining the firm participate in a one- or two-day orientation. This program provides an overview of the Kapital Leasing, our strategy, culture and other critical issues. Following this, associates and analysts begin intensive training. These programs are designed to provide the skills, background and tools you need to do your job within your chosen business unit or product group. We also provide training benefits to employees wishing to pursue the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Continuous Education, Progress Reviews and Opportunities

At Kapital Leasing we regularly hold or attend career advancing seminars and provide personal instruction on a regular basis for analysts and sales people. Kapital Leasing offers employees the opportunity to enter the CFA program and to become accredited in skills that will benefit the company and the employee in his or her career.
