Our indicative conditions are:
1. Cleare ownership structure (must have).
2. First rank mortgage on a shopping mall, wharehouse, office center (obligatory)
3. Assignment of insuarance policy (mandatory).
4. Asseignment of rental proceeds (optional).
5. No currency risk in the transaction (in case UAH rentals - UAH Facility; for USD equvivalent rentals – USD denominated Faclity).
6. Monthly amortisation (amount based on rental income).
7. Subject to credit and legal Due Diligence.
